To secure your spot for laser combat, it’s best to book online in advance.
Arrival Time:
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled session for a smooth check-in and prompt start.
Cancellations:
Cancellations can cause inconvenience to our staff and others, as we plan based on the number of participants. Cancellations made 24 hours in advance of the event will provide a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made 12 hours in advance of the event will provide a 50% refund of deposit. Cancellations within 12 hours of booking are not eligible for a refund.
Rescheduling or Credit:
If you need to change your session, you can reschedule following the cancellation policy above.
Cancellation Procedure:
Contact customer support via email or phone for rescheduling or credit. Late requests may not be accommodated, and the standard cancellation policy will apply.
Weather-Related Cancellations:
Booking affected by severe weather will receive a credit / voucher (valid for 45 days) for a rescheduled booking and must be approved by Laser Combat management. Management must be notified regarding the rescheduling request 4 hours in advance of the event. This DOES NOT include light weather conditions.
