Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Laser Combat Ltd.! These terms and conditions apply to your participation in Laser Combat games and events at our facilities. Please carefully read and understand these terms before engaging in Laser Combat games or Laser Combat parties. Your participation in Laser Combat indicates your agreement to comply with these terms.

Safety and Conduct:

  • It is imperative to follow all safety instructions and guidelines provided by our staff.
  • Avoid behaviors that may harm or discomfort you or others, including physical contact or verbal abuse.
  • Offensive language, gestures, or any form of offensive behavior are not allowed.
  • Modifying or tampering with equipment is strictly prohibited.

Age Restrictions:

  • Meet the minimum age requirement (6 years or above) to participate.
  • Participants under 18 must have wavier signed by a parent or guardian.

Health and Medical Conditions:

  • Ensure good physical health and refrain from participating if you have medical conditions that may worsen with physical activity.
  • Consult with a healthcare professional if you have pre-existing medical conditions or injuries.
  • Participants with heart conditions, epilepsy, asthma, or similar conditions are advised against participation.

Equipment and Gear:

  • We provide all necessary Laser Combat equipment, including laser tag guns and headbands.
  • Participants must return the equipment in good condition at the end of the session.
  • Players are liable for any damaged equipment.

Alcohol and Drugs:

  • The consumption of alcohol and the use of drugs is strictly forbidden on the premises. Participants who are found to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be disqualified from participating in the activity.

Liability and Waiver:

  • Understand and accept the risks associated with Laser Combat activities.
  • Assume all risks, including minor injuries, falls, and collisions.
  • The facility, staff, and affiliates are not liable for personal injury or property damage.
  • Release, protect, and hold harmless the facility, staff, and affiliates from any claims or liabilities.

Method of payment:

  • We accept payment by cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic transfer.
  • For online bookings and manual, an advance payment is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance should be settled at the end of the session. Please make the advance payment at the time of booking to guarantee your slot.

Intellectual Property:

  • All intellectual property rights belong to the facility and owners.
  • The unauthorized use or reproduction of intellectual property is prohibited.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Canada. Any legal matters or disputes will be addressed within the jurisdiction of the courts located in the Ontario.
  • By participating in Laser Combat activities at our facilities, you agree to adhere to these terms and conditions.
